I graduated from Western Kentucky University in May of 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in visual journalism photography with a concentration in photography and a minor in professional writing.

 

While a full-time student, I also worked at Talisman in various roles, an award-winning collegiate lifestyle and culture website and magazine.

 

Additionally, I have completed an internship as a writer through The Borgen Project, a nonprofit organization focused on reducing global poverty.

 

Throughout my career and time at college, I expanded my skills and knowledge in various journalistic techniques. My skills include but are not limited to copy editing, reporting, writing, interviewing, portrait photography, feature photography, news writing, feature writing and more.​
